I see your point in the article. I think it all boils down to the individual. Yes, the phone can be distracting sometimes, however, some lawyers need to have their phone turned on 24hours so they don’t miss a client ( these lawyers obviously need to pay their bills), hence, they can’t afford to miss a client.
I own a Process Serving Company in Toronto and trust me i know what it means to work outside working hours.
That being said, I like the burner app recommendation – this is quite new to me.
